Her new design shares many of the same motifs as her previous looks although she's now a bit more regal in apperance with a longer dress and hairstyle. The stylistic choices and story details we've seen so far point strongly towards this being Jin's final battle against dear old dad to finally break the chains of his family's violent past and the Devil Gene.
As far as the main visual, Jin and Kazuya are shown facing opposite directions in their new costumes with the father having wing-like shadows and a blazing chain around his back while the son seems to be crumbling away at the bottom.
